Depression

 Meaning of depression is a common and serious medical illness that negatively effects how you feel, the way you think and how you act.Whatever work we do in depression, we do not enjoy it, wrong thoughts go on all the time. We speak very little, I do not even try to be alive.   Nowadays this is not a rare case, every third person is a victim of this: it happens due to excessive stress. 

To get out of depression:




1) Meditation should be done,

2) Seeing plants and trees brings peace to the mind,

3) Happy Hormone Inside Us By Exercising 

4) Listening to music is also a helpful tip. that reduces our stress 

To avoid depression, we should make ourselves happy and do all the work in which we are happy.And if anyone sees anything like depression, they should be given a lot of attention and should be shown to the doctor as soon as possible.
